pleasant staff but outdated rooms
The young girl who was in charge of the property was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. She was always ready to assist and made our check-in smooth.
The room felt quite dated and could benefit from some renovations.

would definitely return here
The queen room was cozy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. I loved the free toiletries and the hairdryer. The outdoor furniture was a nice touch for relaxing. The dining area had limited options with just bagels and cereal. Staff was very friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the Queen Room, especially the cozy fireplace and the calming view from our balcony. The leisure room had a nice selection of board games and comfy seating for relaxing evenings. Only downside was some confusion over breakfast times, but it didn’t take away from our experience. 🌟

Staying here was a blast! We enjoyed exploring Sugarloaf Mountain, which had incredible views and exciting skiing. The kids loved the nearby waterfalls and wildlife sightings throughout the area. My hubby and I cherished our time together in this beautiful spot.
In my wife’s opinion, the only thing missing was a playground for the kids.

A Hidden Gem for Pet-Friendly Stays!
I had a delightful experience during my two-night stay, made unforgettable by Wanda's exceptional service. The room featured a mini-fridge and a large flat-screen TV. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely surprise! Future guests should inquire about pet-friendly rooms for a cozy stay with your furry friends.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We enjoyed exploring Sugarloaf Mountain for skiing and Titcomb Mountain for some great snowmobiling. The outdoor activities around here are unbeatable! The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back here!
The only downside was that the pet room I initially wanted was marked as pending online, but Wanda was incredibly helpful in sorting it out.
